At Seraph & Co., we take pride in curating high-quality luxury timepieces and jewelry. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is outlined below:
1. Terms of Return
- You may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date your order was delivered.
- Items returned beyond 7 days will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
- Unworn and in original condition (no scratches, tampering, or signs of wear)
- Includes all original packaging (box, papers, tags, certificates, booklets)
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required
Please note:
- Items marked as Final Sale or Custom-made are non-refundable
- Pre-loved items are non-returnable unless proven defective upon delivery
3. Reasons for Return Accepted
- Item received is damaged, defective, or incomplete
- Wrong product or variant delivered
- Item is significantly not as described
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at hello@seraphandco.com with:
- Subject line: Return Request – [Order #]
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- Wait for approval and further instructions from our team
- Ship the item back securely via a trackable courier
- Customer shoulders the return shipping fee unless the return is due to our error
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- You will receive an email confirmation on the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through your original method of payment.
- If paid via bank transfer or e-wallet, we will request your account details to process the refund.
Note:
Refund amount excludes shipping fees unless return is due to a fault on our part.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get a different item, please return your original item (if eligible), wait for the refund, and place a new order.
